These beautiful limited edition bags are individually hand-dyed by Awagami master artisan, Mieko Fujimori here in Tokushima.  Kindly note that slight variations in color and pattern occur making each piece wonderfully unique. The bags are composed of multiple layers of a new exceptionally strong washi made from a mix of kozo & hemp. Bags are professionally stitched by a local leatherworker here, are water-resistant and made to last for many years.  Mieko-san has created 2 variations: A smooth gradation / ombre version and A 'Danzome' stripe version. Bags measure approx. 31x37cm an hold A4 documents nicely. Very special Awagami item (shipped in gift box).
